The Swan Inn, Noss Mayo, is making a comeback now that it's been taken over by new Landlord & Landlady Lesley and Malkolm. They seem to have the right ideas, and bring with them experience of running several Plymouth pubs. The beer is now consistently good, the food is good and sensibly priced, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is too.
The Swan Inn is situated below the church in Noss Mayo. It has a beer garden to the front which has spectacular views down the creek, and the evening sunset too. There is also easy access to Pope's Quay making it ideal for visitors who turn up by boat (providing the tide is in), and for children to enjoy a spot of crab fishing.
